MEET THE FOUNDER
Youth Voice Lab & Impact was founded in 2025 by Katelyn Hu, a student leader, speaker, and community advocate who believes every young person has something valuable to say-and the power to create change.
From local classrooms to global communities, Katelyn has dedicated her time to building confidence, strengthening communication, and inspiring youth to lead with empathy, purpose, and courage.
Through workshops, mentorships, and real-world experiences, she founded YVLI to help young people find their voice, develop leadership skills, and turn their ideas into meaningful impact.
The future will not belong to those who simply know how to use AI. It will belong to those who now how to think, lead, communicate and inspire.
